This contest ("Contest") is sponsored by On Point Marketing Agency ("OPMA"). OPMA, their respective officers, employees, partners, Clients (as hereinafter identified) contractors, agents and/or representatives shall hereinafter collectively be referred to as "OPMA Related Parties." Except where prohibited by law, OPMA may collect, use and disclose the personal information you provide when you enter to administer the Contest, for prize fulfillment, and to communicate with you about products and upcoming promotions. Eligibility: This Contest is open to legal U.S. residents; however, it is void where prohibited by law or where applicable state regulatory and/or licensing requirements have not been met. Persons under 18 years of age, employees of OPMA and OPMA Related Parties and their respective immediate family members, and prior winners of the Contest are not eligible. Contest Period & ENTRY: Drawing begins on August 27, 2023 at 2:00:00 pm Eastern Time ("EST") and ends on August 15, 2023 at 7:00 pm. To enter for a chance to win, participants must complete an official entry form via a touch screen computer, tablet or personable mobile device via QR code at events sponsored by OPMA throughout the United States. Entries in violation of these rules or which contain errors, are incomplete, or are mechanically reproduced may not be accepted at OPMA's discretion.

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Package will be selected from a list of eligible participants to receive four (4) All Access Passes to Nickelodeon Universe! Eligible entrants from 08/27/23 will be eligible to win a prize drawn on or around 09/05/23. The winner will be notified via email. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is up to $300. Selected Dates Apply for All Access Passes. This contest ("Contest") is sponsored by Ameream LLC and/or its affiliated entities d/b/a American Dream. Estimated odds of winning are 1 in 400. Actual odds of winning depend on eligible entries received. Prize subject to change without notice; may be substituted with prize of equal or greater value due to prize unavailability. Winner Selection: Eligible entrants from 08/27/23 will be eligible to win a prize drawn on or around 09/05/23. The winner will be notified via email. No alternate winners for prizes will be selected. If the winner does not respond to their email notification within 10 business days, the prize will be forfeited. All federal, State or other tax liabilities will be the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is not transferable.

Publication of Winner: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes agreement for OPMA to use winner's name, photographs and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes (without review, approval or notification of winner) and in all forms of media, without compensation. Any use of robotic, automatic or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services) will void all entries by that entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email (person assigned the email address by service provider) used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Rules, the decision or interpretation of OPMA shall prevail. OPMA shall have the right to disqualify any entries that OPMA believes in sole discretion are fraudulent or otherwise improper or tainted (however, OPMA shall have no obligation to identify such entries). Warning: any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the contest is actionable.

Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Arbitration: Neither OPMA nor any OPMA Related Parties shall be responsible for or liable for: (i) misdirected or incomplete entries; (ii) telephone, network, Internet or computer malfunctions or transmission failures of any kind; (iii) any events beyond OPMA's control that cause Contest to be disrupted or corrupted. By participating, entrants release, discharge and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the OPMA Related Parties from and against any and all claims (including, without limitation, claims based on publicity rights, intellectual property rights, defamation or invasion of privacy), demands, liabilities, costs or expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorneys' fees) for any damages, injury or losses, to any person (including death), of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from participation in this Contest or the acceptance or misuse of any prize, including any merchandise as applicable. By participating, entrants waive any right to ambiguity in the Rules. OPMA's failure to enforce any provision of the Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of the Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then the Rules shall be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

The Rules and Contest will be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey without giving effect to any conflicts of law rules. By entering this promotion, you agree you are subject to On Point's mandatory arbitration and waiver of class action and jury trial provisions (which can be found at https://www.opmarketingagency.com/awl.) You further agree not to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages and further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, such exclusions may not apply to you. By entering into this promotion, you agree to indemnify, defend, hold harmless and fully release American Dream, Trusted Consumer, Travel and Leisure, Grand Incentives, Beacon Travel, and On Point Marketing Agency and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates (collectively "Indemnified Entities"), and each of the Indemnified Entities' respective officers, directors, agents, contractors and employees for, from and against any claims, costs, damages, liabilities and/or losses (including, without limitation, personal injury and death and attorneys' fees) they may incur in connection with this Contest and/or any prize(s) awarded in connection herewith.
